Born and raised in Los Angeles, Ca., Melinda always loved the beauty and magic of photography. She learned the art in photography by studying at Santa Monica College, where she excelled in the dynamics of visual communication to illustrate ideas, record events, articulate stories, express moods, sell products, and interpret a person’s character.
She is the Creative Director of all her photo-shoots and has a vision of which creates a lasting impression in all the unique projects and special events she has been hired for or created. In 2015 she peaked an interest in shooting PinUp styled photography, "Lisa Love" was the first model she worked with, and ever since then she has fell in love with the style and continues to work with several PinUp models, Ruby Champagne (Burlesque), Lily White (VLV Contestant winner) just to name a few, since then she has expanded her brand to a new business called "Creating A PinUp" where she provides Vintage & Retro inspired photography for the Contemporary woman.
